Job SummarySaudi German Hospital Egypt is seeking a qualified and results-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing the full recruitment cycle, with a strong focus on attracting and hiring qualified healthcare professionals, particularly nursing staff and physicians.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.Handle recruitment for medical positions, especially nursing staff and physicians, ensuring timely and quality hiring.Collaborate closely with department heads to understand hiring needs and workforce requirements.Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies targeting healthcare professionals.Post job vacancies across various recruitment platforms, job boards, and professional networks.Screen CVs and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications and suitability.Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and follow up on feedback.Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified healthcare candidates.Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.Prepare job offers and support in obtaining required approvals.Maintain accurate recruitment data and provide the required reports. Qualifications & Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Pharmacy, Science, or a related healthcare field.Professional Diploma of Human Resources Management is a must.Proven experience in recruitment within the healthcare sector is a must.Hands-on experience in hiring nursing staff and physicians in hospitals.Strong understanding of medical roles, qualifications, and licensing requirements.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple vacancies under tight deadlines.Strong sourcing, interviewing, and evaluation skills.Proficiency in MS Office (Ex: Excel and Word)What We Offer:Competitive salary package.Professional and dynamic work environment.Opportunities for career growth and development within a leading healthcare organization.
