Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a key role in supporting the department by managing daily tasks and contributing to the development and implementation of HR strategies, while gaining valuable experience and skills. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth operation of HR functions and enhancing the overall employee experience.Key Responsibilities:Recruitment and Hiring:Assist in posting job vacancies, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating further interview stageManage candidate communicationsParticipate in external events to enhance the firm's reputation as an employer of choice and effectively promote our employer brandOnboarding and Orientation:Facilitate the onboarding process for new hiresAssist in conducting employee orientationsPerformance Management:Assist with performance evaluation processes and documentationEmployee Relations:Handle employee queries on People & Culture-related topics and direct them to the appropriate person or department if necessarySupport employee relations and communication initiativesStrategic HR Initiatives:Contribute to strategic planning and organizational developmentParticipate in projects aimed at improving employee engagement and retentionAnalyze People & Culture metrics and provide insights to support decision-makingQualificationsBachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, psychology or a related field1-3 years of experience in HR or related fieldStrong communication and interpersonal skillsExcellent organizational and time management abilitiesAnalytical skills to interpret People & Culture data and metricsExcellent English speaking and writing skills as well as proficiency in MS Office suite
