This role supports hotel staffing needs across operational while leading recruitment initiatives that align with brand standards, service culture, and business objectivesWhat will I be doing?As a Talent Acquisition Supervisor, you are responsible for overseeing the recruitment process within the hotel to deliver an excellent staff experience. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:Manage daily recruitment activities for hotel positions, including front office, housekeeping, F&B, culinary, engineering, sales, and other operational rolesAdvertise for open positions on Hilton Careers Website and ensure all preapprovals are in placeSource, screening, interview candidates Develop good internal and external relationships to obtain high-caliber candidatesMaintain active applicant talent bankimplement effective sourcing strategies using job portals, social media, referrals, career fairs, hospitality schools, and agenciesEnsure a positive candidate experience that reflects the hotel’s service culture and employer brandOversee interview coordination, selection processes, job offers, and pre-employment requirementsContribute to employer branding initiatives and talent pipeline developmentWork with local organisations and schools to promote the hospitality industryEnsures Hilton Recruitment policy and procedures are in place What are we looking for?A Talent Acquisition Supervisor serving Hilton brands is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members.
