Job SummaryThe Talent Management Lead plays a key operational role in supporting and coordinating talent programs that align with MNT-Halan’s People & Culture strategy. The role assists in implementing initiatives across organizational development (OD), performance management, job descriptions, competency frameworks, and succession and retention efforts. This position works closely with HR teams and business stakeholders to ensure processes are consistently executed and continuously improved to meet the bank’s goals and compliance requirements.Key Responsibilities1. Organizational Development (OD) Support• Coordinate the rollout of OD initiatives, including employee engagement surveys, team workshops, and development programs.• Support change management efforts and help ensure alignment with organizational culture and values.2. Job Description & Role Management• Maintain and update the job description database to ensure accuracy and alignment with organizational structures.• Liaise with HRBPs and department heads to review and standardize job descriptions as needed.3. Performance Management Execution• Support the annual performance management cycle including system preparation, communications, and tracking.• Provide training and guidance to employees and managers on performance tools and timelines.• Collect feedback and support process improvement efforts.4. Competency Framework Implementation• Assist in embedding competency models across job roles and HR processes such as performance reviews and promotions.• Coordinate updates to the competency library and ensure relevance across functions.5. Succession Planning Coordination• Support the documentation and tracking of succession plans for key roles.• Assist in preparing talent review materials and reports for leadership discussions.6. Retention & Talent Risk Monitoring• Track key retention indicators and support initiatives aimed at improving engagement and reducing turnover in critical roles.• Participate in focus groups and pulse checks to gather employee insights.7. Talent Data & Reporting• Prepare talent dashboards and reports using HRIS and Excel for ongoing tracking and decision-making.• Maintain data accuracy and assist with compliance reporting where needed.8. Cross-Functional Support & Collaboration• Work closely with HR Business Partners, L&D, and Recruitment teams to ensure alignment across the employee lifecycle.• Support other Center of Excellence projects and initiatives as required.Qualifications• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.• 4–6 years of experience in HR or talent management, preferably within financial services or regulated industries.• Familiarity with performance management systems, talent processes, and job architecture.• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple processes.• Good communication, facilitation, and coordination skills.• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems (experience with HRIS or talent platforms preferred).
