It is not an internal IT, Desktop Support, or System Administrator position. Your primary day-to-day focus will be assisting external global end-users and customers over the phone/digital channels.​The Role: What You'll Do​As a Technical Customer Service Specialist, your mission is to bridge the gap between technical issues and customer satisfaction. You will act as the first line of support for our international clients' customers.​Customer Diagnostics: Actively listen to customer inquiries, showing empathy while diagnosing hardware, software, or basic technical issues.​Clear Guidance: Walk external customers through step-by-step troubleshooting, self-service tools, and feature explanations in clear English.​Issue Resolution: Efficiently resolve product or service issues to meet customer satisfaction and performance targets.​What We Are Looking For (Requirements)​Language Fluency: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills (B2/C1) with strong active listening abilities.​Customer First Mindset: Previous experience in a Contact Center, BPO, or Customer Support environment is highly preferred.​Technical Aptitude: Foundational knowledge of electricity or basic technical concepts to help explain product functions to non-technical users.
