Technical Office Engineer - Arch

Responsibilities:Develop detailed construction drawings, specifications, and other technical documentation based on design concepts provided by lead architectsCoordinate with engineering disciplines (structural, MEP, etc.) to integrate their work into the architectural plansConduct regular design reviews to identify and resolve technical issuesManage the production and organization of project files, drawings, and submittalsProvide guidance and mentorship to junior architectural staffAssist with obtaining necessary permits and approvals from local authoritiesParticipate in client meetings and site visits as neededQualifications:Bachelor's degree 5+ years of experience in a technical architecture roleProficiency with CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.) and other design/modeling toolsStrong knowledge of building codes, standards, and construction methodsExcellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skillsAbility to work collaboratively in a team environment
