Roles & Responsibilities:Will be reporting to the head of department.Responsible of multiple projects. Review / validate the outcome of all projects team before official submission. Handle the resources to achieve the target dates in all projects.Verify the deliverables are in compliance with the standard check list of the deliverables in coordination with the head of departmentReview all technical outcome from senior engineersReview / validate the design review report. Communicating / Coordinate with all stake holders within the projects such as but not limited to the client, main contractor, other departments within the organization (Procurement, Tender, QS, Operation, etc.).Adjust Priorities of Tasks with Seniors EngineersCoordination between site coordinators and main office team Coordinate with the Planning schedule of the ProjectsMonitor Site Progress and Priorities to keep His team and head section updated.Prepare a Bi-Monthly report for the status of all projects under his follow up.Issue to do lists for all team members.Qualifications & Requirements:Bachelor of engineering Electrical/Mechanical department.10+ years of experience.Fluent/Good English (written and spoken).AutoCAD, REVIT, Microsoft office.6 years of relevant position.
