With a global team of 80+ people, ZIWO is the tech company where innovation meets impact.About The RoleWe’re looking for a Technical Onboarding Specialist (Network & VoIP) to join our Cairo team. In this role, you will support the remote technical onboarding of new ZIWO clients by combining SaaS product onboarding with foundational networking and VoIP configuration.You’ll work closely with customers to ensure their environments are technically ready, assist with platform activation, and validate network setups remotely to ensure a smooth and successful launch. This role focuses on product onboarding and technical validation and does not involve onsite infrastructure implementation.This is a great opportunity for candidates with a networking or telecom background who are looking to grow within a cloud communication and SaaS environment.What You’ll Be DoingSupport remote onboarding sessions and coordinate technical activation with clientsAssist customers in configuring ZIWO platform setups based on their business needsPerform basic technical readiness checks including network and VoIP validationAssist with SIP configuration, extensions setup, and basic connectivity troubleshootingValidate network setups remotely (IP checks, firewall basics, routing verification, connectivity tests)Support initial call routing, extensions configuration, and call flow validation during onboardingMaintain CRM updates, onboarding documentation, and delivery trackingEscalate complex technical issues to senior network or implementation teamsCollect feedback from clients and support post-activation improvementsWhat You BringBachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Networks, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or a related field1–3 years of experience in technical onboarding, VoIP support, networking support, telecom delivery, or SaaS implementation rolesBasic understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, routing, NAT, firewall basics)Basic knowledge of VoIP concepts (SIP, RTP, codecs, call flows)CCNA certification preferred or currently pursuing (not mandatory)Familiarity with cloud platforms or contact center solutions is a plusStrong communication, organization, and client-facing skillsFluent in English & ArabicWhy Join ZIWOBe part of a fast-growing SaaS company shaping the future of customer engagementWork with a collaborative, client-first team passionate about innovationEnjoy a dynamic work environment in the heart of Downtown CairoGrow your career in cloud communications, networking, and SaaS onboardingMake a real impact for businesses across the region using our platformZIWO is an equal opportunity employer.
