Job Title: Technical Sales Engineer – Industrial Reliability SolutionsLocation: Egypt Industry: Industrial Technology / Heavy Industry Employment Type: Full-time English Level: FluentAbout the RoleWe are seeking an experienced and technically driven Technical Sales Engineer to join a growing industrial technology business specializing in asset reliability and predictive maintenance solutions.The ideal candidate will have strong experience in technical sales and industrial solution selling, with the ability to understand customer operational challenges and translate them into practical and commercially viable engineering solutions.This role offers strong earning potential, long-term career growth, and exposure to leading industrial clients across Egypt.Key ResponsibilitiesLead technical and commercial sales activities for asset reliability and predictive maintenance solutions Drive sales growth for both products and service contracts in line with company targets Analyze customer operational and maintenance challenges and provide suitable technical solutions Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, and solution discussions with clients Support customer training activities when needed Prepare technical scope qualifications, costing, and commercial proposals during pre-bid stages Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers across existing and prospective clients nationwide Support both account management and new business development activities Coordinate closely with sales and service teams to ensure excellent project delivery and customer satisfaction Maintain a strong sales pipeline by: Generating leads Advancing qualified opportunities Tracking pipeline KPIs Reporting market feedback and sales updates to management RequirementsBachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics Engineering Proven experience in technical sales or solution selling within industrial or heavy industry sectors Strong hands-on understanding of vibration analysis Strong background in mechanical and industrial engineering applications Experience in industrial maintenance, reliability solutions, or industrial parts sales Strong client-facing, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Excellent spoken and written English Ability to convert customer needs into technical and commercial proposals Egyptian nationals only Preferred QualificationsExperience in heavy industries such as: Steel Cement Oil & Gas Petrochemical Manufacturing Experience with Rotating & Reciprocating Equipment including: Motors Pumps Compressors Fans & Blowers Turbines Engines Experience with: Condition Monitoring Predictive Maintenance Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM) Immediate availability is preferred Compensation & BenefitsOn-Target Earnings (OTE): Up to EGP 100,000/month Competitive quarterly commission structure and salaryCompany car program after probation period Annual salary review based on performance Company-provided laptop, mobile phone, demo equipment, and business tools Medical insurance coverage Ongoing technical training and development Long-term career opportunity within a growing industrial technology company
