Technical Writer

Job SummaryWe are seeking a detail-oriented and versatile Technical Writer to support both Marketing and Project Management teams. This role involves producing clear, engaging, and technically accurate content tailored to different audiences—from client-facing marketing materials to internal documentation and project deliverables.The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of IT solutions, including cybersecurity, low current systems, software, networking, and infrastructure services.Accountabilities & ResponsibilitiesDevelop content for brochures, datasheets, website pages, case studies, and whitepapers.Translate complex technical concepts into clear, user-friendly language for marketing purposes.Collaborate with product and solution teams to gather and validate technical information.Assist in preparing RFP/RFQ responses, solution briefs, and service descriptions.Ensure consistency in brand tone, voice, and messaging across all content.Create presentation materials and video scripts when needed.Create and maintain technical documentation, including SOWs, user manuals, deployment guides, and reports.Document technical workflows, system architecture, implementation steps, and configuration details.Support the PMO with project documentation such as plans, progress reports, and client deliverables.Assist in preparing internal documentation, project handover documents, and client-facing guides.Maintain version control and documentation quality standards.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Technical Communication, or a related field.2+ years of experience as a Technical Writer in an IT or systems integration environment.Good understanding of IT domains, including cybersecurity, networking, infrastructure, software, and low current systems.Ability to simplify complex technical concepts into clear, concise, and engaging content.Experience working with cross-functional teams (engineering, PMO, marketing).Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills in English (Arabic is a plus).Familiarity with documentation tools (e.g., MS Office, Visio, Confluence, Markdown; Adobe is a plus).Basic understanding of project documentation practices and marketing content.
