This role involves making outbound calls to potential and existing customers, presenting Carly’s car-buying and selling services, and guiding customers through the online journey. The Telesales Executive will qualify leads, follow up on inquiries, and maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system. Day-to-day tasks include responding to customer questions, addressing objections, and providing clear information about pricing, offers, and promotions. The role also includes meeting sales targets, coordinating with the customer support and marketing teams, and contributing feedback to improve sales scripts and processes.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear speaking, active listening, and the ability to explain complex information simply.Candidates should possess Customer Service and Customer Support skills, with a focus on building trust, handling inquiries, and resolving concerns professionally.Candidates should possess Sales and Lead Generation skills, including converting inquiries into confirmed deals and working towards defined sales targets.Candidates should have good phone etiquette, basic CRM or call center software proficiency, and the ability to work with data and reports.Candidates should demonstrate resilience, goal orientation, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.Previous experience in telesales, call center, or automotive sales is an advantage.High school diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.Proficiency in English and Arabic, both spoken and written, is highly beneficial.
