Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Representative located in Cairo, Egypt. Responsibilities include contacting potential clients to establish rapport, presenting the company's offerings, explaining product or service benefits, and assisting customers through the sales process. The role also involves handling customer inquiries, delivering exceptional support, and collaborating with internal teams to meet sales targets. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and address their needsExperience in Sales and Customer Support, with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targetsWillingness to participate in Training programs to enhance skills and product knowledgeAbility to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environmentProficiency in CRM tools and familiarity with sales techniques is a plusFluency in English and Arabic, both written and spokenPrevious experience in a telesales role or similar position is preferred
