Role OverviewWe are hiring a results-driven Telesales Agent to handle inbound and outbound calls for US-based clients. The ideal candidate is confident, persuasive, and able to close deals while delivering excellent customer experience.Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound and outbound sales callsPresent products/services clearly and confidentlyClose sales and meet daily/weekly targetsBuild rapport with customers and understand their needsAccurately update CRM systems and call logsFollow scripts while adapting to customer responsesMaintain high-quality customer service standardsQualificationsPrevious experience in telesales or call center (preferred)Fluent English (B2+ minimum – American accent preferred)Strong communication and negotiation skillsAbility to work night shifts (US hours)Target-driven and motivated by commissionsBasic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools
