Role Description We are seeking a full-time Telesales Representative to join our team on-site at our office in Qesm El Sheikh Zaid. The individual will engage with potential and existing customers over the phone, present and promote products or services, identify customer needs, and provide suitable solutions. Responsibilities include building and maintaining strong customer relationships, addressing inquiries, maintaining detailed records of interactions, and achieving sales targets. Qualifications Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and provide a positive experienceProven abilities in Customer Support and addressing inquiries in a professional and efficient mannerStrong Sales skills, including understanding client needs and closing dealsWillingness to participate in and contribute to Training programs to enhance knowledge and performanceProficiency in using relevant software and CRM tools is an assetSelf-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work effectively in a teamPrevious experience in telesales or a related field is desirableHigh school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in sales or customer service are a plus
