Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Qesm El Sheikh Zaid for a Real Estate Sales Team Lead. The role involves leading and mentoring a team of sales professionals, setting and achieving team sales targets, and driving overall sales performance. Key responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies, ensuring excellent customer service, overseeing the negotiation and closure of real estate transactions, and staying informed on market trends. The Sales Team Lead will also engage with clients to understand their needs and deliver customized property solutions. Qualifications Possession of a valid Real Estate License is required.Proven experience in Real Estate and Real Property markets with a strong understanding of industry practices.Expertise in Sales with excellent negotiation and closing skills.Strong Customer Service skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships effectively.Leadership experience and team management skills preferred.Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, both written and verbal.A bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is an advantage.
