Uptown October Development Company offers opportunities for professional growth, competitive earning potential, and meaningful impact on the local community.Role Description The Senior Real Estate Sales professional will be responsible for driving property sales, building and managing a high-quality client portfolio, and representing Uptown October properties to prospective buyers and investors. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Qesm El Sheikh Zaid, requiring in-person client meetings, property tours, and close coordination with internal development and marketing teams. Daily activities include prospecting new clients, responding to inquiries, conducting property viewings, negotiating offers, and guiding clients through the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing. The role also involves preparing and presenting sales proposals, maintaining accurate records in CRM systems, monitoring market trends and competitor activities, and collaborating with colleagues to achieve team and individual sales targets. The Senior Real Estate Sales professional will act as a trusted advisor, ensuring clients receive clear information, timely follow-up, and a high standard of service throughout their decision-making process.Qualifications Real Estate License and strong knowledge of local regulations, contracts, and real property concepts.Demonstrated experience in Real Estate and Sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Customer Service skills, including active listening, clear communication, and relationship-building with diverse clients.Sound understanding of real property valuation, market analysis, and property positioning within the competitive landscape.Excellent negotiation, presentation, and closing skills, with the ability to handle complex transactions.Proficiency with CRM tools, email, and basic office software for managing leads, follow-ups, and documentation.Ability to work on-site in Qesm El Sheikh Zaid, manage a flexible schedule, and handle multiple clients simultaneously.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field preferred, or equivalent professional experience.Prior experience in a senior or high-volume real estate sales role, especially in residential or mixed-use developments, is an advantage.
