This role involves providing expert consultation to clients, managing property transactions, building relationships with potential buyers and sellers, and assisting clients in making informed real estate decisions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication and sales skills to ensure client satisfaction and achieve sales targets. Qualifications Proficiency in Consulting and Real Estate concepts, with a proven ability to provide expert advice on property markets.Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, ensuring efficient negotiation and a client-focused approach.Experience in Sales, with an ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.Knowledge of the real estate industry, including market trends and local area expertise.Exceptional interpersonal, organization, and problem-solving abilities.A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.Previous experience in a similar role in the real estate sector is an advantage.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM tools are beneficial.
