Tendering Technical Office Engineers

Key responsibilities encompass:Tender Document Analysis: Reviewing clients’ Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Invitations to Tender (ITTs), technical drawings, and specifications to define the scope of work.  Cost Estimation & Material Take-offs: Preparing detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQs), estimating direct costs including materials, labour, and equipment while validating technical requirements.  Vendor & Subcontractor Coordination: Sourcing external quotations, evaluating competitive technical and commercial offers, and negotiating pricing.  Risk & Compliance Management: Identifying technical or financial risks in contract terms, proposing mitigation strategies, and ensuring compliance with industry codes and legal standards.  Bid Compilation & Submission: Preparing clear and cohesive technical and commercial proposals within strict deadlines.  Post-Bid Support & Handover: Participating in client clarification meetings, supporting contract negotiations, and leading handover briefings to project execution teams.   Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, and  Electrical, as applicable).  Proficiency in engineering tools such as AutoCAD, estimation software, power point  and advanced Microsoft Excel.  Strong financial literacy, market pricing awareness, and cost optimization skills.  Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English .
