Position SummaryThe Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the travel branch, ensuring strong sales performance, high-quality customer service, and profitability. The role requires leadership in managing the branch team, driving business growth across all tourism services, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and suppliers.Experience & Qualification8–10 years of experience in the Tourism & Travel industryExperience in various travel segments such as:Flights (domestic & international)Honeymoon packagesExhibitions & corporate travelHotel accommodation bookingsStrong connections within the travel and tourism industry is an advantageExperience in religious tourism (Hajj & Umrah) is a plusMinimum 3–4 years in a supervisory or branch management roleExcellent command of English (written & spoken)Location Requirement: El-Sheikh Zayed City, 6th of October, Giza, or nearby areasKey ResponsibilitiesManage daily branch operations to ensure smooth workflow and service qualityLead, supervise, and motivate the branch teamAssign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure achievement of KPIs and sales targetsDevelop and grow sales for all travel products and tourism servicesHandle customer escalations and ensure high levels of customer satisfactionMaintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and partnersCoordinate with operations, accounting, sales, and suppliers for timely service deliveryMonitor branch profitability, expenses, and overall financial performancePrepare and submit regular performance reports to top managementEnsure compliance with company policies, booking procedures, and tourism regulations
