NOK Human Capital is hiring on behalf of one of the top startups in the MENA region, for the role of Personal Assistant, reporting directly to the CEO.This is a high-impact, fast-paced role within a growing startup environment, where the selected candidate will act as a key support to executive leadership and play a central role in operations, coordination, and communication across the business.Job DetailsWork Setup: Full-time, onsiteWorking Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM or 10:00 AM – 6:00 PMLocation: MaadiBenefits: Social Insurance + Medical InsuranceWhat We're looking for:Manage and organize the CEO's calendar, meetings, and priorities while acting as a trusted extension of executive leadership.Attend meetings, take detailed notes, and track action items to completion with sharp attention to detail and a proactive follow-through mindset.Handle internal and external communication on behalf of the CEO with advanced spoken and written English, clear pronunciation, and full confidence in front of senior stakeholders.Draft professional documents, emails, and reports in both English and Arabic with a high level of accuracy, polish, and executive presence.Prepare data-driven presentations and business reports that reflect strong commercial awareness and the ability to engage in strategic discussions.Coordinate travel arrangements, events, and executive logistics with exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.Support recruitment coordination, office management, and operational tasks with a proactive, modern-minded approach and strong problem-solving ability.Monitor expenses and assist in financial tracking and reporting with high accuracy, integrity, and full discretion over confidential information.Bring high energy, adaptability, and learning agility to every task — a high-potential candidate with exceptional drive and critical thinking will be prioritized.Be tech-savvy and proficient in Google Workspace, spreadsheets, and digital tools, while thriving in a dynamic environment and growing alongside the CEO and the business.Requirements:2–6 years of experience in a similar role (Personal Assistant / Admin / Project Coordination)Advanced English level (spoken & written)Strong organizational and multitasking skillsHigh attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environmentTech-savvy with experience using tools like Google Workspace, spreadsheets, and digital systemsStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to handle sensitive and confidential informationSelf-motivated, flexible, and proactive personality
