Transportation Supervisor – VXI Egypt (BPO Industry)Position SummaryThe Transportation Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily transportation operations, fleet management activities, and transportation team performance to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable transportation services for employees. The role focuses on optimizing schedules, maintaining compliance standards, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring a high level of customer service within a fast-paced BPO environment.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and manage daily transportation and fleet operations.Coordinate transportation schedules and route planning to ensure operational efficiency and service continuity.Monitor fleet utilization, vehicle availability, and transportation performance metrics.Ensure compliance with applicable transportation regulations, company policies, and safety standards.Manage transportation vendors and service providers to ensure adherence to contractual obligations and service level agreements.Lead, coach, and support transportation coordinators, drivers, and related team members.Address employee transportation concerns and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.Maintain accurate transportation records, reports, schedules, and documentation.Analyze transportation data and identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization.Collaborate with Operations, HR, Security, Facilities, and other stakeholders to support business requirements.Monitor transportation KPIs and implement corrective actions when necessary.Ensure effective communication with internal and external stakeholders regarding transportation operations and service updates.Support emergency transportation planning and operational contingencies as required.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Transportation Service Level AchievementFleet Utilization & EfficiencyEmployee Satisfaction ScoresTransportation Cost OptimizationSchedule AdherenceVendor Performance ComplianceTransportation Incident ReductionQualifications & RequirementsBachelor's Degree preferred.Previous experience in Transportation, Logistics, Fleet Management, or a related field.Strong supervisory skills with proven experience managing teams effectively.Comprehensive understanding of transportation regulations, compliance requirements, and operational best practices.Experience in fleet management, scheduling, and logistical planning.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong customer service orientation with the ability to resolve concerns promptly and effectively.Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to work flexible schedules, including overnight shifts.Prior experience within the BPO, Contact Center, Logistics, or Transportation industry is preferred.Core CompetenciesTransportation Operations ManagementFleet ManagementTeam Leadership & CoachingVendor ManagementCustomer Service ExcellenceData Analysis & ReportingScheduling & Logistics PlanningProblem Solving & Decision MakingStakeholder ManagementWork EnvironmentFast-paced BPO / Contact Center environment.Onsite role.Flexibility to work rotational and overnight shifts based on business requirements.
