Financial Analyst

Key Responsibilities:Prepare and analyze periodic financial reports and performance metrics for real estate divisions and projects.Develop, maintain, and validate financial models, forecasts, and business plans to support strategic decision-making.Support financing and M&A activities through financial due diligence, transaction analysis, and preparation of investment materials.Ensure effective coordination and communication between departments to maintain data accuracy and resolve portfolio issues.Conduct ad-hoc analyses, monitor economic trends, and assist team members and junior analysts as needed.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.Minimum 2 years of experience in finance, Real estateFluent business English.
