Overview Of The Role:The Wholesale Sales Executive is tasked with driving tire sales to wholesalers and dealers across Cairo, Alexandria, and the Delta regions. This individual must engage in proactive prospecting, manage relationships with existing and potential customers, and strategically introduce NTE's brand offerings. Success in this role involves achieving monthly sales targets, maintaining customer satisfaction, and promoting long-term business growth.What You Will Do:Sales ProcessProspect new customers in the market through referrals, connections, and physical scanning.Set appointments and prepare a weekly field visit plan for pre-approach.Gather data about customer potentiality, needs, and competition during approach.Introduce NTE brands to customers using a premium approach.Handle customer inquiries and objections effectively.Close deals and sell tires to achieve monthly sales targets.Follow up on delivery, ensure customer satisfaction, manage stock levels, and oversee payment and future opportunities.ReportingPrepare weekly and monthly reports on sales activities.Monitor and report on competitors' actions and price changes monthly.Create monthly sales forecasts by customer and size.Develop a weekly visit plan with clear objectives.Compile weekly visit reports with results and feedback.KPIsEnsure sales volume achievements.Generate new leads consistently.Efficiently handling collections.Understand and analyze market competition.Maintain comprehensive reporting.Foster strong customer relations and consistency.SkillsRequired Skills To Be Successful:Previous experience in selling tires to wholesale and dealer channels.High persuasion skills.Strong communication skills.Proactive, initiator, and problem solver.What Qualifies You For The Role:B.Sc. in Business or any related field.2-5 years of experience in commercial tire sales.Proven ability in selling premium tire brands in wholesale and dealer channels.Strong analytical, communication, and persuasion skills.Proactive and capable of problem-solving.Basic accounting experience desirable.Proficiency in MS Office.Flexibility with work hours as per business needs.
