Siemens' Mobility business unit is the engineering and delivery partner behind Cairo's expanding metro and regional-rail infrastructure. Siemens Mobility Egypt is hiring at scale right now — primarily for signalling, commissioning, project scheduling, EHS, and strategic leadership of the MEA-region rail portfolio.
Most of the active roles in this set are experienced-level positions, but Siemens Mobility hires across the seniority ladder: associate signalling engineers and document controllers at the entry-to-mid level, senior and lead commissioning engineers in the middle, and head-of-strategy and training-and-O&M-manager roles at the senior end. Siemens screens for direct rail-and-metro experience, professional engineering credentials, and English fluency — collaboration with Siemens HQ teams in Germany and across MEA is part of the role.
What you'll work on depends on placement, but the active set is heavily weighted toward signalling commissioning (electronic interlocking, train-control systems, balise sub-systems), schedule and project controls on active Cairo metro contracts, and the EHS function that keeps the on-site engineering teams operating safely.
