Key Responsibilities:Issue local sales invoices daily based on delivered quantitiesPrepare export invoices along with required documentationUpload invoices to the ETA Tax Portal and share them with customersRecord customer collections in line with issued invoicesCalculate interest as per contracts and agreementsMonitor, track, and follow up on overdue invoicesFollow up on local sales and contract issuancePrepare and send customer statementsCalculate operational costsSupport FX exposure preparationSubmit daily AR reports (collections & customer balances)Prepare weekly and monthly customer aging reportsAssist in balance sheet reconciliation using BlackLine systemSupport month-end closing activitiesAssist in tax inspections, audits, and financial documentationCollaborate with other finance team members as neededRequirements:Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (English Section preferred)4–5 years of relevant experience in accountingStrong knowledge of Accounts Receivable and operational accountingFamiliarity with ERP systems and tax portals (ETA is a plus)excellent command of EnglishStrong attention to detail and analytical skills
