Key Responsibilities-Track and monitor sales performance and distribution across assigned areas.-Build, lead, and develop a highly productive sales team.-Set sales targets and provide ongoing support to ensure achievement of sales objectives.-Manage and maintain strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) through regular visits.-Develop and execute sales strategies, ensuring proper implementation of marketing plans.-Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.-Ensure full and effective execution of marketing activities and campaigns.-Conduct regular field visits with Medical Representatives to monitor performance and provide coaching.-Recruit and select qualified Medical Representatives.-Monitor and control monthly sales forecasts and team performance.-Analyze underperformance and implement corrective actions.-Provide consistent reporting, feedback, and conduct market and competitor analysis.Requirements:-Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, Medicine, Veterinary Medicine, or Science.-Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a District Manager within the pharmaceutical industry.-Previous experience in CNS products is a must.-Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading high-performing teams.-Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills.-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.-Strong analytical skills with the ability to monitor performance and take corrective actions.
