Job DescriptionAssists in the development and implementation of sales strategies by exploring the market, industry, and opportunities that drive business growth and expansion. Maintains relationship with clients and industry partners, prepares market segment action plans, reviews sales contracts, and handles MICE audits and inquiries. Develops and trains the team to enhance productivity and sales skills such as negotiation, communication and closing techniques. QualificationsGraduate of a degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Hospitality Management or any related field is an asset. Minimum of four (4) years leadership and sales experience is an advantage. Previous Experience in Hospitality industry.Proven track record of driving revenue growth and executing sales strategies in meeting business objectives. Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills. Strong working knowledge of Opera and Microsoft Office applications.
