Role Description We are seeking a full-time Assistant Food & Beverage Manager for an on-site role in Sharm El-Sheikh. In this role, you will oversee daily food and beverage operations, ensure high-quality service standards, support staff training and development, manage budgets, and coordinate with the team to maintain guest satisfaction. You will assist in inventory management, monitor compliance with health and safety regulations, and contribute to the strategic planning of the food and beverage department, all while fostering a positive and efficient working environment. Qualifications Proficiency in Food Service and Food & Beverage management, ensuring quality and consistency in operations.Strong Customer Service skills to enhance guest experiences and address feedback effectively.Experience in Training and mentoring team members to maintain high service standards and staff proficiency.Knowledge of Budgeting and financial management to optimize operational costs and profitability.Excellent organizational and leadership skills to oversee daily operations and inspire team performance.Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.Proficiency in food safety and health regulations is preferred.Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.Prior experience in food and beverage management or hospitality is highly desirable.
