Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Head Waiter based in Sharm El-Sheikh. The Head Waiter will oversee and coordinate dining room activities to ensure exceptional guest experiences. Responsibilities include supervising restaurant staff, managing daily food and beverage service, addressing guest inquiries or concerns, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hospitality. The role also entails collaborating with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service operations and assisting with staff training and scheduling. Qualifications Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills to ensure guest satisfaction and effective team coordination.Proficiency in Food & Beverage and Food Service operations, with a strong understanding of dining standards and presentation.Basic Cooking knowledge to effectively communicate with kitchen staff and enhance the guest experience.Strong leadership and organizational skills to manage and train a team while maintaining seamless service delivery.Previous experience in a similar role within a hospitality or fine dining establishment is highly preferred.Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus.
