Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Front Desk Receptionist at Amphoras Hotels, based in Sharm El-Sheikh. Responsibilities include greeting and assisting guests, managing check-ins and check-outs, handling reservations, and providing general information about the hotel and its services. The role also involves professionally managing phone inquiries, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring smooth front desk operations to enhance guest satisfaction. Qualifications Strong Receptionist Duties and Clerical Skills, including managing reservations, handling check-ins and check-outs, and maintaining accurate documentation.Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to provide prompt and courteous support to guests.Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and professional interaction across various channels of communication.Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.Familiarity with common hotel management software and office tools is an advantage.Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are a plus.Previous experience in hospitality or a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
