Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Head Bartender, located at one of Amphoras Hotels’ properties in Sharm El-Sheikh. The Head Bartender will oversee daily bar operations, manage inventory, and train team members on bartending and customer service best practices. Responsibilities also include crafting and serving a variety of beverages, ensuring compliance with food and beverage safety standards, delivering exceptional service, and managing bar finances and transactions effectively. The role requires strong interpersonal skills and the ability to create a welcoming environment for guests. Qualifications Proven expertise in Bartending and knowledge of Food & Beverage standardsStrong proficiency in Customer Service and effective Communication skillsExperience in Cash Handling and financial transactionsLeadership skills with the ability to train and oversee bar staffAttention to detail and commitment to maintaining hygiene and safety standardsFluency in English; additional language skills are a plusPrior experience in luxury hospitality or a similar setting preferred
