Role Description The Night Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Sharm El Sheikh. The primary responsibilities include overseeing the hotel's night operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery, addressing guest concerns promptly, and resolving issues to maintain customer satisfaction. The Night Manager will supervise night staff, ensure security and safety protocols, handle emergency situations, and prepare night audit reports to be shared with the management team. Qualifications Strong leadership, decision-making, and multitasking abilities.Exceptional customer service and communication skills.Proficiency in hotel management systems and process oversight.Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle emergency situations effectively.Fluency in English; additional languages and experience in the hospitality sector are preferred.Flexibility to work overnight shifts and adapt to a dynamic environment.Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is an advantage.
