Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Office Shift Leader, based in Sharm El-Sheikh. The Front Office Shift Leader will oversee the daily operations at the front desk, including managing receptionist duties, coordinating appointment scheduling, and ensuring smooth communication with guests and team members. The role also includes maintaining exceptional customer service standards, training and supervising front office staff, and addressing guest inquiries to deliver a seamless and welcoming experience. Qualifications Strong skills in Customer Service and handling Receptionist Duties with a professional and friendly demeanor.Experience in Appointment Scheduling and Phone Etiquette for efficient guest and team communication.Excellent Communication abilities, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with guests and team members.Leadership qualities to motivate and manage front office staff, including training and team coordination.Ability to resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally, maintaining a focus on creating exceptional experiences.Proficiency in front office management systems and hotel operations is an advantage.Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
