The noon ecosystem of services now includes marketplaces for food delivery, quick-commerce, fintech, and fashion. noon is a work in progress; we’re six years in, but only 5% done.noon’s mission: Every door, every day.What you'll do:We at noon are looking for an Assistant Manager who will lead facility operations across all warehouses and sites, ensuring high asset availability, cost control, vendor performance, scrap management, safety compliance, and operational efficiency.Key ResponsibilitiesOperations & MaintenanceLead all facility management activities (Electrical, Mechanical, MHE, Automation Systems, HVAC, Fire Fighting, Civil).Ensure high availability of all assets and critical systems.Oversee preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance activities.Analyze recurring failures and implement corrective action plans.Monitor spare parts consumption and optimize stock levels.Ticketing & KPI ControlMonitor maintenance ticketing system and ensure timely closure of work orders.Track and report KPIs (MTTR, MTBF, Closure Rate, Downtime).Ensure SLA compliance for internal teams and vendors.Scrap ManagementManage all scrap activities (identification, collection, pricing, and vendor coordination).Ensure proper documentation and financial tracking of scrap disposal.Optimize scrap recovery value and control leakage.Vendor & Financial ControlReview monthly invoices from all vendors and ensure accuracy vs contracts.Maintain strong professional relationships with suppliers and service providers.Support procurement with technical evaluation of quotations and contracts.Pest ControlConduct regular site audits and inspections.Projects & ImprovementSupport facility improvement projects and warehouse modifications.Drive cost-saving initiatives and efficiency improvements.Coordinate with operations, security, and finance teams.Qualifications RequiredBachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical or Mechanical preferred).5–8 years experience in Facility Management / Warehouse Operations.Strong experience in vendor management and cost control.Knowledge of CMMS / ticketing systems.Strong leadership and analytical skills.Experience in logistics / warehouse environment preferredWho will excel?We’re looking for candidates who thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic start-up environment.
