Associate Manager - Learning and Development

JOB TITLEAssociate Manager - Learning and Development | MAF Entertainment | People and Organisation DepartmentROLE SUMMARYThe role of the Associate manager will be responsible for all training programs for staff, ensuring that training material is delivered with consistency as per the training guidelines. This role will also assist with developing, implementing, coordinating, and enhancing training programs company-wide with a specific focus on employees’ requirements. The role would be responsible for applying Learning and Development expertise toward creating and maintaining a dynamic learning environment, he/sheROLE PROFILEConduct annual learning and development needs analysis across all departments.Develop and implement annual, quarterly, and monthly training plans based on identified needs.Collaborate with department managers and the L&D team to support training initiatives.Design, develop, and deliver training programs including induction, technical, functional, and soft skills training.Organize onboarding sessions and new hire orientation programs when required.Evaluate training effectiveness through post-training assessments and annual reviews.Monitor departmental trainers, provide coaching, and ensure on-the-job training requirements are met.Maintain training records, analyze L&D trends, and coordinate with external training providers when needed.REQUIREMENTSBachelor’s degree in a related field with On-the-Job and Off-the-Job training certification.Knowledge and experience in developing and implementing Learning & Development frameworks.Minimum 5 years of experience in Learning & Development.Experience in leading L&D initiatives across all organizational levels, including eLearning.Experience applying strategic HR methodologies such as organizational design.Strong analytical, interpersonal, planning, negotiation, and communication skills with professionalism and stakeholder relationship management.
