Job Purpose:The Associate Product Manager (CSC Gynecology) supports the end-to-end product lifecycle management, assisting in the development and execution of strategic marketing plans to enhance brand market presence and drive sales growth. This role involves managing brand positioning, executing high-impact marketing campaigns, and ensuring absolute alignment with the company’s corporate strategic objectives. By analyzing market trends, tracking competitive intelligence, and gathering deep customer insights, the position optimizes brand performance and ensures the flawless execution of product launches within the Gynecology segment.Key Responsibilities:1. Brand Strategy & Go-To-Market ExecutionStrategic Support: Assist in developing and executing comprehensive, customer-centric go-to-market strategies, including precise brand positioning, core messaging architectures, and promotional plans.Annual Marketing Plans: Construct and implement annual marketing plans for the assigned portfolio in close coordination with the Marketing Manager, translating strategic goals into clear operational actions, tactics, and field priorities.Launch Management: Coordinate tactical elements of new product introductions to guarantee successful, timely, and high-impact product launches in the Egyptian market.2. Financial Management & Lifecycle OptimizationBudgeting & Forecasting: Contribute to building and managing the assigned product portfolio's budget. Track expenditures relating to marketing campaigns, major medical conferences, stand-alone events, and launch activities.Performance Monitoring: Continually evaluate the product lifecycle and track brand performance against KPIs. Propose dynamic marketing strategy adjustments based on shifting market conditions to maximize product success.3. Market Intelligence & Data AnalyticsMarket Research: Conduct ongoing market research to deeply understand customer needs, identify evolving market trends, and map the competitive landscape.Data-Driven Analysis: Analyze internal sales data, marketing metrics, and external audit data (such as IQVIA/IMS data) to evaluate campaign effectiveness, benchmark competitor market share, and deliver actionable recommendations for brand improvement.4. Cross-Functional Alignment & Stakeholder EngagementInternal Collaboration: Work closely with Regulatory Affairs, Legal, Supply Chain, and Sales teams to clear administrative bottlenecks, secure prompt promotional approvals, ensure product availability, and align commercial execution.Insights Gathering: Engage directly with healthcare professionals (HCPs), medical societies, and relevant stakeholders to capture qualitative insights and field feedback, utilizing this data to refine product strategy.5. Field Force Enablement & Product TrainingPromotional Implementation: Monitor and ensure the correct, impactful implementation of brand strategies and promotional materials by the field force during routine operations.Onboarding & Training: Lead product knowledge orientation sessions for newly hired Medical Representatives to ensure complete alignment on brand attributes. Provide regular medical and market updates to existing field staff on latest trends and product positioning updates.6. KOL Management, Events & Vendor RelationsKOL Relationship Management: Develop, maintain, and retain strong professional relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and leading Gynecologists across Egypt.Event Selection: Strategically evaluate, select, and organize key marketing opportunities, including national industry conferences, regional roundtables, and promotional events, to maximize brand visibility and ROI.Vendor Operations: Manage communications with external creative and production agencies. Oversee the design, procurement, and distribution of promotional materials, ensuring absolute compliance with corporate branding and legal policies.Job Qualifications & Requirements:Education:Required: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or Veterinary Medicine from an accredited university.Experience:Sales Foundations: Minimum of 3 years of successful field sales experience within the pharmaceutical industry.Marketing Experience: Minimum of 1 year of dedicated experience in brand management/marketing specializing directly within the Gynecology therapeutic area.
