Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Qesm 1st New Cairo for an Automotive Sales professional. The role involves providing expert sales consultation, building strong customer relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention, and guiding customers through the vehicle purchasing process. The successful candidate will work closely with clients to understand their needs, provide tailored solutions, and contribute to the company's sales targets while delivering an exceptional buying experience. Qualifications Experience in Sales Consulting and Automotive Sales, with an ability to meet and exceed sales targets.Strong Customer Service skills with a focus on delivering exceptional Customer Satisfaction and fostering Customer Retention.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple client interactions and maintain accurate records.Previous experience in the automotive industry is a strong advantage.Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales tools is a plus.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
