This role combines hands-on sales and business development activities with executive support, contributing directly to revenue growth and strategic initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business DevelopmentSupport and drive lead generation and outbound outreach across the EMEA region Assist in managing the sales pipeline, tracking opportunities and follow-ups Prepare and deliver client presentations, proposals and commercial offers Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities Support in closing deals by coordinating with internal stakeholders Executive SupportManage calendar, meetings and scheduling for the VP Prepare reports, sales updates and pipeline tracking Coordinate communication with clients and internal teams Ensure smooth follow-up on business opportunities and priorities RequirementsMinimum 4+ years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or client-facing roles Strong background in client acquisition, account management and business growth Experience in developing and executing business development strategies Experience in BPO / outsourcing industry is a plus Fluency in English is required + German is a strong advantage Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment Strong interpersonal skills with a client-focused mindset
