About The JobThe Performance Management Analyst is responsible for benchmarking, developing performance matrices, managing Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and Operational Level Agreements (OLAs). This role requires a highly analytical and detail-oriented individual with a strong focus on enhancing operational efficiency and effectiveness.Job Responsibilities & Duties:Benchmarking: Conduct benchmarking studies to compare organizational performance against industry standards and best practices. Analyze benchmarking data to identify areas for improvement and provide actionable recommendations. Monitor industry trends and developments to ensure the organization remains competitive.Performance Matrices: Develop and maintain performance matrices (financial and nonfinancial) to measure and evaluate organizational performance. Analyze performance data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for optimization. Provide regular performance reports and insights to senior management.Service Level Agreement (SLA): Manage the development, implementation, and monitoring of Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with internal and external stakeholders. Ensure SLAs are aligned with organizational goals and objectives. Monitor SLA performance and provide feedback to relevant teams for improvement.Operational Level Agreement (OLA): Manage the development, implementation, and monitoring of Operational Level Agreements (OLAs) within the organization. Ensure OLAs support the achievement of SLAs and overall organizational performance. Monitor OLA performance and provide feedback to relevant teams for improvement.Required skills and qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Operations Management, or a related field. Minimum 4-5 years of experience in performance management, benchmarking or related roles. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Knowledge of industry standards and regulations. Knowledge about Power BI or Similar toolsSkills and Competencies: Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities. Attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.Additional Requirements: Experience working in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in Arabic and English. Require visits to MNT Halan Companies/Branches
