This role is responsible for driving sustainable growth by aligning Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Partnerships, while transforming the business into a scalable and profitable engine.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and drive the company’s full revenue strategy and P&L performanceDevelop and execute Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies across target marketsLead and align Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Partnerships teamsOptimize pricing, packaging, and monetization strategies (freemium to paid)Drive Net Revenue Retention (NRR) and reduce churn through lifecycle strategiesBuild and scale customer success infrastructure and engagement modelsEstablish and manage strategic partnerships with payment providers and key institutionsIdentify and resolve commercial bottlenecks to accelerate growthRepresent the company in public forums, media, and industry eventsCollaborate with leadership to define long-term growth and expansion strategyQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related fieldMBA is a strong plus10+ years of experience in revenue, commercial, or growth roles3+ years in senior leadership roles (Director/VP/C-level)Proven experience owning P&L and revenue targetsExperience scaling startups (SaaS or Fintech preferred)Strong background in business development and closing complex dealsExperience leading cross-functional teams (10+ employees)Strong leadership and team-building capabilitiesExcellent stakeholder management and communication skillsStrategic thinking with a hands-on execution mindsetHigh level of ownership and accountabilityCharismatic and influential personalityStrong understanding of SaaS business modelsExperience with pricing strategy and revenue optimizationKnowledge of customer lifecycle management (NRR, LTV, churn)Familiarity with AI tools and data-driven decision makingProficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)Advanced Excel / Google SheetsExperience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.)Familiarity with analytics dashboardsFluent in English (mandatory)Ability to operate in fast-paced, early-stage environmentsAbility to build and scale teams from scratchStrong negotiation and deal-closing abilitiesAbility to manage multiple functions simultaneouslyStrong analytical and decision-making capabilities
