Planning Team Leader _ Engineer

This role leads the planning team in developing and managing production and demand plans that align with project timelines and resource availability. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing data related to capacity, demand, and workflows; preparing planning reports; and coordinating with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure smooth project execution. The Planning Team Leader _ Engineer monitors performance indicators, identifies risks or bottlenecks, and recommends adjustments to optimize scheduling and resource utilization. The role also involves guiding team members, facilitating clear communication between departments, and ensuring planning processes comply with company standards and relevant regulations.Qualifications Strong planning skills, including experience in Demand Planning and Production Planning.Proven Analytical Skills for interpreting data, forecasting needs, and supporting decision-making.Effective Communication skills for coordination with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.Demonstrated Team Leadership abilities to guide, mentor, and develop planning team members.Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Urban Planning, or a related field.Experience in construction or manufacturing environments, preferably in urban or industrial projects.Proficiency with planning and scheduling software and MS Office tools.Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work on-site in 10th of Ramadan.
