JOB TITLECommercial Associate Manager E-Commerce | MAF Retail | Head Office EgyptROLE SUMMARYSupport the growth and performance of assigned e‑commerce categories by executing assortment, pricing, and availability strategies in line with business objectives. The role works closely with cross-functional teams (supply chain, sourcing, and operations) to ensure product availability, accurate data tracking, and smooth execution of online activities. It focuses on data analysis, operational support, and supplier coordination to drive sales, improve efficiency.ROLE PROFILEStrong understanding of e‑commerce operations and category performance drivers.Experience in assortment planning, pricing execution, and online merchandising.Ability to analyze sales data, pricing trends, and category performance metrics.Exposure to supplier coordination and basic commercial negotiation support.Good knowledge of online platforms, digital campaigns, and product listing management.Strong coordination skills to work with supply chain, replenishment, and operations teams.Ability to identify issues and support process improvements in stock availability and ordering flows.Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to ensure accuracy in data, pricing, and product availability.REQUIREMENTS2–4 years of experience in e‑commerce, retail, or FMCG.Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant field.Good experience in data analysis using Excel or similar tools.Exposure to category management, merchandising, or commercial support roles.Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.WHAT WE OFFERAt Majid Al Futtaim, we’re on a mission to create great moments, to spread happiness, to build, experiences that stay in our memories for a lifetime.
