Accountabilities:Driving commercial real estate sales and leasing activities through the acquisition, management, and marketing of commercial property inventory and ensure generating business opportunities, managing client relationships, executing transactions across primary sales, leasing, and resale segments, and achieving assigned revenue targets while delivering exceptional client service.Main Job Purpose:Develop and manage an assigned farming area to generate qualified leads and business opportunities, ensuring a sustainable pipeline and continuous business growth.Build a strong market presence through networking, prospecting, and relationship management activities to enhance brand visibility and strengthen client acquisition efforts.Identify and pursue new commercial sales and leasing opportunities to maximize revenue generation and expand market share.Build, maintain, and expand a portfolio of commercial property listings to ensure the availability of high-quality inventory that meets market demand.Ensure inventory information is accurate, updated, and effectively marketed to increase property exposure and support successful transactions.Monitor market trends and pricing to maintain competitive property positioning and provide clients with informed recommendations.Manage commercial property transactions across Primary Commercial Sales, Commercial Leasing, and Commercial Resale to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth.Conduct client meetings, property viewings, and investment presentations to showcase opportunities and facilitate informed decision-making.Understand client requirements and recommend suitable commercial property solutions to meet their business and investment objectives.Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and commercial offers to support negotiations and secure successful transactions.Develop and maintain strong relationships with investors, developers, landlords, tenants, and corporate clients to encourage repeat business and long-term partnerships.Provide professional market insights and investment advice to clients to support sound commercial and investment decisions.Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the transaction process to enhance client retention and strengthen the company's reputation.Lead negotiations between buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants to achieve mutually beneficial agreements and maximize deal closure rates.Coordinate all transaction stages from lead generation to deal closure to ensure efficient execution and seamless client experience.Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulatory requirements to mitigate risk and maintain professional standards.Achieve and exceed assigned sales, leasing, and revenue targets to contribute to the overall success and profitability of the business.Maintain an active sales pipeline and update CRM records regularly to support accurate forecasting and effective opportunity management.Prepare periodic sales activity and pipeline reports to provide management with visibility into performance, market trends, and business opportunities.Support and mentor junior consultants when required to enhance team capability, knowledge sharing, and overall commercial performance.Work Environment:In Office: 80%Out of Office (Travel): 20%Work Hazard: Normal Job Requirements:Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Sales Marketing, or a related field.Experience: 3–6 years of experience in real estate sales, preferably within the commercial real estate sector.Experience in commercial sales, leasing, and/or resale transactions.Experience in farming and inventory management is preferred.Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Professional appearance and customer-oriented approach.Valid driving license is a plus.
