Outsourcing Advantage is seeking a skilled Construction Takeoff Specialist with strong experience in painting, drywall, tiles and sheetrock takeoffs. The ideal candidate will be proficient in reviewing architectural drawings and specifications to produce accurate quantity takeoffs that support our estimating process.ResponsibilitiesReview architectural plans, drawings, and specificationsPerform detailed quantity takeoffs for painting, drywall, and sheetrock scopesPrepare accurate measurements and material lists for estimatingUtilize STACK software to complete all takeoff tasks efficientlyCollaborate with the estimating team to ensure accuracy and meet project deadlinesSupport multifamily and residential project estimating needsRequirementsExcellent verbal and written communication skills in English, at least at a level of B2 AdvancedSolid experience in construction takeoffs with a focus on painting, drywall, and sheetrockHands-on experience with STACK (required).
