We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Corporate Lawyer to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide legal support on corporate matters, ensure regulatory compliance, review and draft legal documents, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support business operations.Job Description:Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements, including service agreements, vendor contracts, and client contracts.Providing legal advice on corporate governance, commercial transactions, and day-to-day business operations.Ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.Supporting contract lifecycle management, including contract review, execution, renewal, and compliance monitoring.Identifying and mitigating legal risks while proposing practical business solutions. Assisting with corporate restructuring, entity management, and regulatory filings where required.Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including HR, Finance, Procurement, and Operations, on legal matters.Managing external counsel when necessary and overseeing legal projects.Maintaining accurate legal documentation and contract records.Job Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in law (Candidates who graduated from the Faculty of Law English or French Section) are encouraged to apply.2-5 years of experience in corporate lawExperience in the BPO, outsourcing, or shared services industry is highly preferred.Strong knowledge of corporate governance, commercial contracts, labor law, and regulatory compliance.Excellent contract drafting, negotiation, and legal research skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
