Job Purpose : The Learning & Development Specialist is responsible for identifying development needs, designing learning solutions, and ensuring the effective implementation of training programs aligned with organizational objectives.Key Responsibilities :1. Training Needs Analysis (TNA)· Conduct organizational, departmental, and individual training needs assessments· Analyze performance data to identify capability gaps2. Program Design & Development· Design structured learning programs, curricula, and learning journeys· Develop training content, including instructor-led materials, e-learning modules, and assessments· Apply instructional design methodologies (e.g., ADDIE model)3. Stakeholder Management· Partner with business leaders and department heads to align learning initiatives with business needs· Act as a consultant on learning and development solutions4. Program Management· Plan and manage end-to-end training programs and initiatives· Coordinate with instructors, vendors, and internal stakeholders· Ensure timely delivery and quality standards5. Evaluation & Continuous Improvement· Measure training effectiveness using KPIs, feedback, and performance outcomes· Analyze data and recommend improvements to learning programs6. Quality Assurance· Review and validate training materials and delivery standards· Ensure consistency and alignment with organizational learning frameworks7. Strategic Contribution· Support the implementation of L&D strategy· Contribute to talent development and leadership programs· Introduce innovative learning solutions (digital, blended learning)Qualifications & Requirements:· 1-3 years of experience in L&D.· Experience in training coordination, content development, and program management· Strong stakeholder management and communication skills· Basic to intermediate knowledge of instructional design (ADDIE or similar)· Good analytical skills (able to read/create reports, feedback, and performance data)· Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines· Experience in Training Needs Analysis (TNA)· Exposure to LMS or e-learning tools· Certification in L&D (e.g., APTD, CPTD) is a plus
