Role Summary:The DPM‑SME acts as the technical & process expert for delivery operations. This leader supports complex delivery cases, coaches teams, and ensures process standards and quality benchmarks.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as go‑to SME for delivery operational processes, tools, and telecom technologies.Support DPMs in resolving complex technical, process, or dependency issues.Lead quality reviews on project plans, test results, engineering inputs, and acceptance artefacts.Train new DPMs and coordinators on telecom delivery standards (LAN/WAN, routing, circuit delivery, CPE workflow).Monitor delivery KPIs for the team and guide improvement actions.Manage high‑impact escalations requiring expert intervention.Validate high‑level and low‑level designs (HLD/LLD) for complex solutions.Drive standardization of MOPs, SOPs, templates, and delivery processes.Support audits, internal quality checks, and compliance assessments.Manage Trainings for New Hire and on new technologiesSkills & QualificationDeep technical knowledge of WAN, SD‑WAN, MPLS, routing protocols, circuit delivery.Ability to guide, coach, and mentor team members.Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.Bachelor's degree in IT, Telecommunications, Business Administration or related fieldITIL Foundation certification (preferred)CCNA / CCNP / SD WAN Certification (preferred)Strong organizational, communication, and follow-through skillsAbility to manage multiple concurrent requests in a fast-paced, customer-facing environmentFluency in English; additional languages are an asset7-10yrs Experience of Telecom Network Delivery and Implementation
