Job SummaryWe are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Payroll Specialist to manage and oversee end-to-end payroll operations while ensuring full compliance with labor laws, tax regulations, and company policies. The ideal candidate will have strong payroll processing experience, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to maintain confidentiality and accuracy in handling employee payroll records.Key ResponsibilitiesProcess monthly payroll activities accurately and on time.Ensure compliance with local labor laws, tax regulations, social insurance, and payroll policies.Handle payroll calculations including overtime, deductions, bonuses, commissions, and final settlements.Prepare payroll reports, reconciliations, and related documentation.Coordinate with HR and Finance teams to ensure payroll accuracy and smooth operations.Manage employee payroll inquiries and resolve payroll discrepancies efficiently.Maintain payroll records and ensure data confidentiality.Support payroll audits and provide required documentation.Ensure accurate processing of leaves, attendance, and benefits within the payroll cycle.Continuously improve payroll processes and reporting efficiency.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.3–6 years of experience in payroll processing and administration.Strong knowledge of payroll regulations, taxation, and social insurance processes.Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel and payroll systems.Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally.Good communication and problem-solving skills.English proficiency: Professional / Proficient level required.
