Role Summary:The Senior DPM leads medium‑to‑complex telecom project deliveries, including multi‑site, multi‑country, or multi‑technology deployments. This role owns delivery accountability, customer governance, and escalations.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the complete delivery lifecycle for enterprise customers with complex or global footprints.Govern project planning, resource alignment, technical readiness, and activation workflows.Conduct governance calls with customer stakeholders (weekly/bi‑weekly).Own delivery SLAs: Cycle Time, RFS timelines, CAT completion, billing trigger readiness.Drive cross‑functional coordination with engineering, logistics, field ops, LDMs, and provisioning.Manage escalations, risk registers, early‑warning indicators, and mitigation plans.Ensure configuration accuracy (IP schema, routing, QoS, security templates) before handover.Drive billing enablement: documentation completeness, activation confirmations, acceptance artefacts.Mentor junior DPMs and project coordinators.Skills & QualificationStrong PM expertise with enterprise customers.Deep understanding of telecom network delivery processes.Ability to influence teams without direct authority.Experience managing executive‑level customer communication.Bachelor's degree in IT, Telecommunications, Business Administration or related fieldITIL Foundation certification (preferred)PMP / Prince 2 CertificationStrong organizational, communication, and follow-through skillsAbility to manage multiple concurrent requests in a fast-paced, customer-facing environmentFluency in English; additional languages are an asset7-12yrs Experience of Telecom Projects
