We are looking for a motivated Direct Sales Agent to focus on acquiring new customers and selling consumer finance products in the field.Key Responsibilities: Sell consumer finance products (Revolving Limit, installments, High Ticket Size). Acquire new customers via field sales, referrals, and strategic partnerships. Manage the full customer application and onboarding process. Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs. Ensure accurate sales record-keeping and company policy compliance.Requirements 1+ year of experience in consumer finance or financial institutions. Proven success in direct or field sales. Strong communication and negotiation abilities. Familiarity with credit evaluation and required customer documentation. Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
